Planning Permission
We can provide full planning permission drawings, submit all required documents and application forms to the council and deal with the planning application until a hopeful approval.
Not all projects require planning permisison, including many single storey extensions and loft conversion projects.
Building Regulations
We can provide full building regulations compliant plans and specfications for your extension or loft conversion project. This will allow you to get accurate quotations from builders.
We allso submit and deal with the building regulations applicaiton, usually to a private approved building control company.
