Below is a list of the typical fees that may be payable to third parties, we can confirm these after an initial call.
Payable to the council via the planning portal and inclusive of admin fees. This is for projects requiring full planning permission such as two storey extensions.
Payable to the council via the planning portal and inclusive of admin fees. This is for Prior Notificaiton application for a Larger Home Extension. It applies to single storey rear extensions larger than 3m or 4m, more info on this is provided if you click the image above.
Payable to the council via the planning portal and inclusive of admin fees. This is for a Lawful development certificate. A particular extension may not require planning permission but you can choose to apply for a certificate to prove this. Useful to avoid any house sale problems.
Payable to the approved building inspector, fee shown is for a single storey extension, larger projects will be slightly more.
Calculation required if your chosen extension design feautures a large amount of glazing (doors, windows, roof windows)
An application is sometimes required to the local water authority if you need to build over a man-hole and construct a new one
