This project involved a full reimagining of a traditional family home through a single storey front, side and rear extension, alongside a full loft conversion with a raised roof height. The aim was to create a more spacious, connected, and future-proof living environment—without needing to move house.
The extension introduces a welcoming entrance porch, a practical downstairs toilet, and a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, complemented by a separate utility room. Above, the loft conversion—with a rear dormer—adds two well-proportioned bedrooms and a family bathroom, significantly increasing living space without compromising the footprint below.
To preserve existing bedroom space, the new staircase rises from the original first floor landing. Meanwhile, the smaller front bedroom has been adapted into a quiet, self-contained home office—offering flexibility for modern family life.

Seamless Ground Floor Living:
The side and rear extensions open up a bright, unified space for cooking, dining and relaxing. Large glazed doors to the garden provide natural light and a strong indoor-outdoor connection, creating a sociable heart to the home.
