Finalising the Plans

Once the design is finalised, we’ll proceed based on your project’s needs. If planning permission is required, we will prepare and submit the full application on your behalf, managing all communication with the local planning authority and making any necessary amendments. If planning is not required, we will produce detailed Building Regulations drawings. These include all the technical specifications needed for Building Control approval and for builders to provide accurate quotations. They also serve as construction drawings, guiding the build on site and ensuring the work complies with current building regulations.

Project Support

Our involvement continues beyond the approval of your extension plans and the start of construction. We remain available throughout the build to respond promptly to any queries from Building Control regarding compliance, ensuring your project proceeds without unnecessary delays.
